Ayurveda is an ancient system of medicine that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. By following these simple habits, a person can improve digestion, increase energy, reduce stress, and prevent many common illnesses. In this way, Ayurveda offers a complete and natural approach to healthy living, focusing on prevention and long-term wellness rather than only treating symptoms.
